Your credit or debit card is charged accordingly with the current price communicated in the “Bion Woman” website. 

Accepted payment methods are: Debit/credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Diners), PayPal, Pay on Delivery.

For your own convenience, “Bion Woman” can save the details of your debit and/or credit card.

“Bion Woman” has the right to request updated information from the issuer of your debit and/or credit card; for example your new card number or expiration date. If that information is provided, “Bion Woman” can automatically update your website profile information and use it to fulfill payments for your future transactions.

“Bion Woman” is not responsible for possible expenses that your debit and/or credit card issuer may charge you. In case your debit and/or credit card issuer charges “Bion Woman” with additional expenses, then we have the right to charge your debit and/or credit card with these expenses, after previously informing you via written communication (email). In case your ordered products get lost, the compensation cost is charged to the carrier by the moment they receive the products to be delivered from the “Bion Woman” warehouse.

In case of unsuccessful product delivery due to your own fault, like for example a wrong address, “Bion Woman” bears no responsibility.

Secure Transactions

All transactions carried out using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is an information encoding mode until that reaches its intended recipient, who then will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal for distance orders under Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).

Return of products

The Customer can easily return the products they purchased from the online store.

store simply because they changed their mind, within fourteen (14) days of receiving them.

The Customer should send the products on their own expense to the following address: Ag.

In any case, prior to returning the products, the Customer should contact the Customer Service Department of “Bion Woman”, either by phone on 210-98 02 880, or by sending an e-mail to the address: hello@bionwoman.com.

More specifically, the Customer has the aforementioned right to return a product purchased from the online store without stating the reason, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  •  Within a period of fourteen (14) days after receiving the products. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sale (hereinafter referred to as “Withdrawal”). Such withdrawal shall be unjustified and the Customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract.

The Customer must return the product exactly in the perfect condition in which it was received.

  • The returned product must not have been used and/or opened, must be in its full original packaging (box, stickers, wrapping, etc.), unopened and in perfect condition (“as new”), just as it was before the sale, and each returned product must be free of any tears or

damage/alterations. In addition, in order for the product to be accepted for return, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected in the purchase document.

  • The return of the item is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount that the Company was charged for the shipment of the product to them and the shipping costs for its return.
  •  Following the declaration of withdrawal, the Company is obliged to return the purchase amount received to the Customer. In the case of billing the Customer via credit card, the Company, if having received the purchase amount from the Bank, shall inform the Bank for the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank shall notify the customer of the transaction and the Bank shall take all necessary measures. the Company shall not be liable for the time and manner of execution of the transaction, which shall be governed by the contract concluded between the issuing bank and the Customer.
  • The reimbursement of the price to the Customer due to withdrawal shall be made no later than within fourteen (14) working days from the time when the Company received proven knowledge of his withdrawal.

Exceptions from the right of cancellation of section 7

The right of withdrawal by Article 4 Section 10 of Law 2251/1994 does not apply to: 

Products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if they were sealed and have been unsealed after delivery; like personal hygiene products.

Cancellation of Order

Unbound as indicated about the right of cancellation under article 9, cancellation of the order may be fulfilled when the online order is completed but the product is not sent yet.
